DESCRIPTION:Vimala Public School conducted SCIENTIA 2K17\, Science Expo and Bibox Innovation day  on 13 Nov\, 2017. Sri Raghu R\, Senior Scientist\, ISRO was the Chief Guest. He ignited a fire in the minds of young scientists of Vimala through his wonderful presentation about endeavours of ISRO and the whereabouts of the rocket launching. Programme Co-ordinator Mrs. Sheena Antony welcomed the gathering. Academic Co-ordinator Mrs. Manju Jose introduced the guest to the audience. School Director Sr. Devotia honoured the great astronomer and Assistant Professor of Newman College\, Dr. Joe Jacob\, who discovered the supercluster of galaxies named Saraswathi. Sr. Elize\, the school principal presided the function. Sr. Benno CMC\, Vicar Provincial and PTA President Sri. Tom J Kallarackal rendered felicitation. \nStudents exhibited a wide range of things related to science\, language and commerce. Scary Houses\, Game centers and Special Food stall by PTA added magnetism to the function.
